Software Project Manager

 Job description:

  • Manage the software part in project lifecycle.
  • Define SW project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Communicate with Consumer Marketing to get the high level requirement of the product and align with project team.
  • effectively deploy project expectations to SW team members.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Define the process and drive ODM process improvement .

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in computer science or other related discipline;

• 8-10 years working experience ;

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English ;

• Strong SW Project management background ;

• Rich process experience and good initiative ideas;

• Vendor management experience is preferred .
