Responsibilities: 

Management of Test Engineering Department.
Research and analyze technical requirements of customer product designs to determine test plan/strategies required.
Develop and/or manage test plans/programs for sub-assembly and top level assemblies including software/hardware from NPI through to Sustaining Engineering phases of Product Lifecycles
Work with customers on test plan/strategy implementation, including equipment selection and recommendation to customers
Work with suppliers on equipment selection, pricing negotiations and comissioning.
Test fixture Design; Debug and Design verification; perform and/or verify Schematic/CAD DFT reviews.
Optimize test cycle times, provide yield improvement solutions and resolve test software, test hardware and mechanical fixture issues.
Work closely with internal and external product design engineering to develop test solutions for new products.
Manage Test program implementation in Manufacturing including establishment of Product Level trouble shooting guidelines; Test Equipment Setup, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance programs
Communicate with EPM customers on Test Issues related to setup, productivity and problem resolution.
