Brief description

• Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for new business with a focus to increase the market share for NDS in China.
• Handling all commercial activities, presentations pricing and negotiations.
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with key personnel of potential customers, strategic partners and other channels in achieving business results.
• Lead negotiation process to convert it into new business.
• Work closely with NDS local teams in China and leverage current resources and contacts in the market.
• Build long term relationship with customers.

Skills

• 8-10 years of solid experience in complex, long cycled and multi-faceted projects for an operator, service or technology provider within China a must.
• Must have proven commercial experience.
• Have the acumen in dealing with a diverse range of prospects and successful in expanding and establishing strong business relationships.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate the technical concepts associated with selling complex technical solutions.
• Understands the detailed issues, market trends in China.

Personal Skills/Profile

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be customer focused with the confidence and presence to initiate and forge strong relationships at senior levels in order to develop new business.
• Ability to work independently to identify new prospects.
• Proactive in recognising and converting business opportunities into successful relationships.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel at short notice as required
