Job Description &Responsibilities：

• Highly motivated individual, self starter willing to use own initiative with minimal supervision experienced in project management and delivery；
• The role is focused on managing end to end projects and delivering substantial system upgrades to clients in China；
• The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management plus the ability to communicate at all levels within NDS and with customers；
•  As well as the management function the candidate will be expected to give project related advice to sales, pre-sales and finance；
• The ability to travel in China, often at a very short notice, is a must as is a willingness to succeed when the going gets tough and be able to provide solutions。
• To manage and upgrade projects to a successful conclusion；
• To maintain customer relationship with key personnel；
• To coordinate forward planning and system upgrades, proposals, approvals and preparations till actual implementation；
• To liaise and support commercial account manager in discussions with the customer relating to the project delivery ；
• To take responsibility for knowledge sharing among local engineers and proper use of NDS knowledgebase resources；
• Support the Programme Manager as needed。

• Degree level in computer or electronic engineering related discipline , although preference will be given to candidates with a strong track record of successful project management；
• PMP Qualifications： definite， plus 5 years project management experience and must have some basic knowledge of DVB/CA；
• Strong technical knowledge for a broad set of products, technologies and markets and experience in professional services and delivery；
• Previous experience in digital broadcasting systems and good understanding of Internet technologies, computer systems, data casting and broadcast systems；
• The role requires full proficiency in applying established professional, technical, and administrative disciplines to complicated problems and issues encountered；
• Knowledge would typically be acquired from numerous years of work or coaching from senior specialist staff and exposure to unusual and challenging technical problems；
• Personal credibility both within NDS internally and externally with partner companies or customers；
• An ability to operate within different regional cultures whilst ensuring that there is local consistency for all NDS offices is essential；
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential。
