Accounting Manager

Our client is one of the most-owned brand in the stationery industry in China with more than 80 patents registration.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5 years of marketing-oriented corporate finance experience in large and medium-sized enterprises; at least 3 years was in the same company;
  2. Well understand in  overall accounting treatment, good internal control, credit control, accounts receivable management; Well knowledge in accounting and financial management, the operating budget and analysis of high theory and practice level; Strong co-ordination, control and management capabilities ;
  3. Standardized management ability, strong communication and coordination skills; sense of responsibility and a good work ethic;
  4. Skilled application of financial application software and office applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the establishment of business financial management system; Organize, plan and arrange to introduce the financial and business system into various department according to the company situation; Optimize business operations management and control requirements; continue to strengthen business control and risk management, timely provision of accurate and effective accounting information and decision support analysis report;
  2. Responsible for the development, to optimize accounting and financial management system, processes, and organize the training and supervision of implementation;
  3. Responsible for promoting the company credit management system, institution building, organization and implementation of effective prevention and control of domestic customer credit risk.
  4. Drive headquarters and various branches of the financial staff to implement sales policies, financial management, and accounting methods;
  5. Responsible for domestic marketing business training of finance staff to guide and improve the accuracy of the company's accounting information quality and internal management reports, validity;
  6. Strengthen communication and coordination with internal departments to enhance domestic marketing financial support and services to the domestic marketing system business management;
  7. Responsible for the development, supervision, implementation of the the department financial work plan, complete sections of work to reach a summary and evaluation;
  8. Responsible for completed other tasks assigned by superiors.
